the SOLUTION

Our first step was to fully understand the brand though a series of brand discovery sessions, which then led to a list of solutions. One of which was the use of social media to encourage two way conversations between the brand and its customers. We used research data to understand the brands strengths, which we intern used to develop compelling stories that we shared online. We centralised all the brands communication, which helped us achieve brand consistency across all touch-points. We also encouraged internal and external communications, internally through monthly newsletters and emails blasts and externally through a variety of below the line marketing efforts.
the RESULT
Zuva Petroleum has maintained its position as the leading energy company in Zimbabwe, the brand has grown from 80 outlets to 100 stations across Zimbabwe and the brand has won local and global accolades including the coveted ISO Certifications by BSI by the Royal Charter.
